Need a desktop software - 4

Hello, I need a desktop software to check whether there is a certain keyword in the comment section or not on youtube. There will be GUI so I can easily use it, it will be a desktop software for windows 10 64x There will be a browse button on the software, I click browse and select .xls file, in the excel file, there will be data in 2 columns, column A contain youtube urls and column B contain other data, column B will be ignored. On the software, there will be a field for me to enter keyword. I will enter keyword and select the .xls file, then software will go to each youtube url and check if there is keyword in the comment section or not. It will check even in replies. Then it will give output file, the output file will be same for column A and B, but in column C, it will put 1 of these words, either not found (if no keyword found in comment) found (if keyword is found in comment) comment closed. (if the comment section is closed) error (if youtube video page doesn't exist or any other problem) That's it, need it done asap. Budget - $60 It can be with or without youtube api, but the software should have GUI and simple to use. Thanks
