I'm looking for a professional SEO agency to manage 20 keywords and build 200 backlinks each week.

Hi, I’m seeking a professional SEO company to help improve the rankings for 20 keywords (initially) and get them onto the first page of Google. The work must be strictly white-hat SEO. My website is in the travel niche, specifically offering chauffeur services and airport transfers with premium cars across Europe and worldwide. We already have over 1,000 keywords, and we’re looking for a highly professional company that can help us rank these keywords. Unfortunately, after 5 years, we have yet to find a company that truly delivers results. I’m looking for a long-term partnership with a company that ideally is a Google Premium Partner—one that not only makes promises but actually delivers measurable results. Previous providers have worked with us for a while but didn’t deliver strong results. Your job would focus on building high-quality backlinks, referring domains, blogs, articles, and content from websites with a DA of 50+ (using tools like Ahrefs and SEMrush). The websites should have traffic over 100K, with at least 10% of that traffic coming from the USA, all while adhering to Google’s latest SEO guidelines. Each Friday, I expect a detailed weekly report of your work, which will be carefully reviewed. I also expect a price per keyword and confirmation that you have access to tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Keyword.com. Please note, I am not a beginner. I have access to Ahrefs, SEMrush, and [login to view URL] and receive weekly reports on backlinks, referring domains, and their DA. If I notice that any of the backlinks have a DA below 50 or come from websites with less than 100K traffic (and under 10% USA traffic), we will terminate the contract immediately. I’ve worked with many SEO companies in the past, and unfortunately, most didn’t deliver the results they promised. You must ensure all backlinks are indexed. After one week, I will check the backlinks to see if any are not indexed. Any non-indexed links must be promoted, and I will check again the following week. If they remain unindexed after 2-3 weeks, they will be considered non-indexable and a waste of time and resources for both parties.
