Client Engagement Coordinator

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client Engagement Coordinator to join our growing accounting firm. This role is vital to driving client acquisition, fostering relationships, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new clients. The ideal candidate will thrive in lead generation, conducting discovery calls, and managing client relationships while being motivated by commission opportunities for successful conversions and client retention.
Key Responsibilities:
-Lead Generation: Proactively identify and attract potential clients through networking, referrals, and outreach to grow the firm’s client base.
-Discovery Calls: Conduct initial consultations to understand potential clients' needs, assess their fit with our services, and communicate the value of our firm.
-Client Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process for new clients, including gathering necessary documents, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a smooth transition.
-Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and activities in the firm’s CRM system.
-Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align client onboarding and engagement efforts with the firm’s overall goals.
-Feedback Collection: Gather client feedback to improve service delivery and identify growth opportunities.
