Site Reliability Engineer Interview Support

Here Job Description What You'll Be Doing (Responsibilities): Designs, codes, tests, and implementing utilizing the automation and orchestration tools using Python, Powershell, any scripting technology. Defining and setting development, test, release, update, and support processes for DevOps operation. Performs unit tests, monitors results, and takes required corrective actions as needed. Provide the inputs for the “Form Design” for any ITSM related changes for deploying each use case Understanding AI and Machine Learning concepts and assist in the deployment of automation use cases. Review and approve the use case solutions. Optimizes and enhances applications and interfaces to meet SLA/functional requirements. Assists in the production support and maintenance of applications as needed. Works within the ITIL framework. Coordinates feasibility studies/proofs of concept to evaluate solutions. Actively participates in all team Agile ceremonies. Partners with ITS Security and Infrastructure teams to ensure cloud-based systems and programs are secure. Minimum 2+ years of experience in IT - software development, testing, deploying software preferred. 2 years’ experience on design, development, and deployment of API’s (REST) preferred Experience working with monitoring tools like (Dynatrace / Splunk / NewRelic / AppDynamics) Experience with automation and orchestration tools using Python, Powershell, any scripting technology Exposure to Azure Cloud and API Management Experience with Data Analytics and Python Ability to adapt to rapidly changing technology and apply it to business needs. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Planning the team structure, activities, and involvement in project management activities. Managing stakeholders and external interfaces Strong team-oriented interpersonal and communication skills.
