PowerShell Script for W10 StartMenu and Tasklist

Customizing applications for an Enterprise environment is what I do on a daily basis as long as deployment. I also use powershell a lot but I will need to know exactly how the start menu should look like in terms of shortcuts, pinned applications etc and how will this script run (log-on, GPO etc.). Hi, I would need more information but with what information I've been given, this doesn't seem too complex. For example, it would help to know if the icons are stored local or on a share.
