Polished Case Study Presentation Design

I am seeking a skilled designer to create 2 polished PowerPoint or PDF slides for my upcoming case study interview. The slides should be visually appealing and effectively communicate the key points of my case study. The final deliverable must be submitted by tomorrow morning at 12 PM GMT. The case study (or requirements) is as follows; Insurance DE Introduction The insurance company "YEAH" has decided to introduce JIRA company-wide as its new defect and test management tool. The goal of the project is to replace all existing ticketing systems and reduce email communication both in internal and external operations, as well as in internal projects of all kinds. A rollout is planned in three releases, with each release lasting three months. Currently, the project is in the 8th week of the 2nd release. The overall project is organized in a traditional manner. However, the IT department has decided to work internally in an agile manner with three-week sprints. The test manager has left the project on short notice, and you are taking over the position. Below are the key insights from the handover: a. The test team is distributed across various locations. b. There are 100 unresolved defect tickets in the old defect database. c. On average, 25 defect tickets can be resolved in each sprint alongside planned requirements. d. The test progress for the release is at 53%. e. The test manager reported a "yellow" status in the last status report. Tasks 1. Weekly Status Meeting 2. Set up automated generation of status reports to streamline the process and reduce manual effort. During the weekly status meeting with the functional and technical project managers, you are required to present the current status on two slides. Develop the solution(s) addressing the following points: ◦ A status slide with the test objects and the associated KPIs. ◦ A slide with the current risks, actions, and next steps. Presentation time: approximately 5 minutes per slide, including questions from the project management team. MY INTENDED APPROACH: I will provide the text later as it will be in German language. The slides required are as follows: SLIDE 1 Slide 1: Status Overview with KPIs Title: Current Status - Test Management TEST OBJECTS: I will give you a list of 8 or 9 test objects along with its assciated risk classification. I leave it upto you if you want to list test objects as i have listed it below in tabular form or have some other creative idea or combine it with KPIs in a dashboard format: TESTOBJECT DESCRIPTION RISKCLASS ..... ........ ..... KPIs: I will also list you 7 to 8 KPIs for each of the test objects. Here i would need your creativity how you present it. I leave it upto you. For KPIs, I would prefer a dashboard format and it is upto you if you want to detail testobejcts and KPIS separate on the Slide 1 or together. . SLIDE 2: A slide with the current risks, actions, and next steps. Here i will also present you the text in german language. Here i would also need your creativity to make it visually striking. Both these slides are for an interview for a consulting firm and a partner and senior manager will join it. If there are any questions kindly do not hesitate to contact me.
