Object Tracking & Messaging Website Enhancements - Similar to [login to view URL]

The site concept is based on [login to view URL] type of site, except that objects have a QR code that is scanned instead of a seria number on a dolIar bill. 'm looking for an experienced web developer to continue the development of my QR code/Object tracking and messaging website. The project involves the following key areas:
- Further enhancing the Object Tracking system.
- Upgrading the Messaging System.
The website needs to be optimized for both Desktop and Mobile platforms. The current project has been built using Laravel, TailwindCSS, AlpineJS, Livewire, and Vite. Hence, expertise in these technologies is a must.
Ideal skills and experience for the job include:
- Proven experience in web development using Laravel and associated front-end technologies.
- Strong understanding and experience with object tracking and messaging systems.
- Ability to implement GPS distance calculating features.
- Experience in optimizing websites for different platforms, particularly Desktop and Mobile.
- Familiarity with using TailwindCSS, AlpineJS, Livewire, and Vite.
I am looking for a long-term programmer that will help build and add functionality to the existing site which is about 90% complete. The current developed is unable to complete the project and I'm looking for someone to help get functional and develop more features in the future. It's written with Laravel, TailwindCSS, AlpineJS and Livewire. You must build the CSS with Vite. The database schema can be migrated into a new database using php artisan migrate.
It's using best practices for authentication/encryption, it's fully responsive across mobile and desktop and everything's been optimized to load quick on slow connections.

2) Generating a list of "X" URLs so that I can print QR codes to test tracking functionality.

I have full source code available upon request and will purchase a new hosting account as suggested for installation and redirecting of this project. This is a "Pay it Forward" passion project. I work as a teacher, and I am privately funding this project and looking for help. URLs contain a unique 8-character code for tracking objects that much be generated for users in bulk.
