Build a service that searches through the social networks on web and collects all the feeds that a user is interested in. Users can pre-configure key words of their interest based on which this service searches information. Initially this service should search for relevant information on following networks (listed in order of priority):
1. Facebook
2. YouTube
3. Twitter
3. LinkedIn
4. Pinterest
5. Google Plus
6. Tumblr
7. Reddit
8. Instagram
9. VK
10. Quora
11. SnapChat
12. Blogs: Wordpress and SquareSpace
I am not expecting you to write a social listening tool. You can use some of the existing social listening tools that provide API or SDK and leverage those for this project. However, I am not sure if there is a tool that covers all these networks.
