We are seeking an experienced professional to assist with publishing an Android app on the Google Play Store. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in deploying Android applications, including preparing app store assets, ensuring compliance with Google Play policies, and troubleshooting potential submission issues. Responsibilities Prepare and upload the APK or AAB file to the Google Play Console. Create and optimize app store assets, including: App title and description (in English). Screenshots for different device sizes. Feature graphic. App icon. Verify app compliance with Google Play policies, including content and technical guidelines. Configure app details, such as permissions, categories, target audience, and pricing model. Handle app signing and ensure appropriate configurations are in place. Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the submission process until the app is successfully published. Provide documentation and handover details once the app is live. Requirements Proven experience publishing Android apps on the Google Play Store. Familiarity with Google Play Console and its features. Knowledge of app store policies and best practices. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to meet deadlines and communicate effectively. Access to a Google Play Console account created before 2023. Additional Information Access to necessary files (APK/AAB, assets, etc.) will be provided upon job commencement. This is a one-time task, but future collaboration opportunities may arise. Freelancers must adhere to platform rules, and all communication and payments will occur through the Freelancer platform. Deliverables Published app visible on the Google Play Store. Detailed report of steps taken and confirmation of compliance. How to Apply Please provide: Examples of Android apps you have previously published. A brief overview of your experience with the Google Play Console, specifying the year your Play Console account was created. Timeline: The expected timeline for this project is 1 week.
