I'm looking for a Windows PC application, ideally in the form of an EXE file or any other suitable format. The application will load a fullscreen image with six clickable areas that act as video buttons. When one of these areas is clicked, the corresponding video should play fullscreen on a second screen.

- I have all the necessary images and videos.
- I have no specific programming language or framework preference.
- Standard clickable areas are fine, no specific customization needed.
Ideal candidates for this project should be skilled in software development for Windows platforms and have experience creating interactive applications. Understanding of fullscreen video playback and handling of multiple screens will be an advantage. Please provide a portfolio of similar projects you've completed if available.
During video playback, basic controls like play, pause, and stop should be available. The application must support MP4 video format.
