Chrome OS App for Printing

I am in need of an application that can be installed on a Chromebook that will assist in some custom printing. When this program is installed, it would register itself to the .tix file extension. When this type of file is downloaded, it will send it to the printer selected inside the application in raw text form. The program should have a way to select which printer (from the printers connected or networked to the machine) that it should send the .tix file contents to and then also should have a way to "Test Printer" that the printer is installed and setup correctly. When the "Test Printer" button is clicked it would send the below string to the server <RC60,216><HW4,2><F2>Test Ticket<RC150,216><HW3,2><F2>Settings are correct<p>
