I am looking for an experienced mediator to assist in selling the full rights to my independently developed PC game, Quiet Soul. The game is a high-quality horror puzzle experience with stunning graphics and engaging gameplay.
Game Overview:
Name: Quiet Soul

Genre: Horror, Puzzle
Features: High-quality visuals and challenging puzzles.
Rights and Conditions:
I am selling all rights to the game, including the ability to modify, distribute, and further develop it.
The game comes with a 14GB development file, allowing full modification and updates by the buyer.
Some third-party assets (visual and audio) were used in the game. The necessary attributions are included in the game as per licensing terms.
Condition: I must be credited as the game's original developer.
Mediator Responsibilities:
Find a buyer for Quiet Soul.
Negotiate with the buyer to sell the game's rights for at least $14,000 USD.
Represent me throughout the process.
Compensation:
The broker will receive a $500 USD fee upon successfully selling the game.
If the game is not sold, no payment will be made.
Timeframe:
I expect the process to be completed within 1 months, but I am open to discussing the timeline.
