Quick and correct work will earn you positive feedback and timely payment. ************************************************************************************************** Project description : This is an intensive, manual work project that will take at least 4 hours of dedicated Excel skills Please proceed with reading further, only if you are willing to work hard and devote time to complete the task correctly. It CANNOT be automated or run via a script. It CANNOT be outsourced via code. Please do not waste your valuable time trying to do either. The task: There are 10 Excel workbooks, with approximately 1 million rows each. These contain the data for text messages sent via SMS to customers in the last 1 year. Your task is to sort and separate the messages into different sheets in each workbook. You will create 1 workbook for each month, e.g., messages sent between the first and last day of: 1. April 2023 2. May 2023 3. June 2023 .....and so on The sample workbook is here ([login to view URL]). The main data files are here ([login to view URL]) You will sort the data for each month into the following 11 sheets: 1. OTP messages (Messages related to sending OTP - One Time Password) 2. AWB tracking messages (Messages related to AWB - AirWayBill tracking) 3. AWB Booking messages (Messages related to AWB - AirWayBill booking) 4. AWB Mismatch messages (Messages related to AWB - AirWayBill documents being incomplete, or there being a mismatch) 5. Thank you messages (Messages thanking customers to using our services) 6. KYC messages (Messages related to KYC - Know Your Customer services) 7. SME messages (Messages related to SME - Small and Medium Enterprises services) 8. Airway Bill messages (Messages related to Airway bills which don't fit #2, #3 or #4 above) 9. DHLLKS messages (Messages where the sender ID in Column E says "DHLLKS") 10. DHLAAA messages (Messages where the sender ID in Column E says "DHLAAA") 11. All other messages (All other messages which do not fit into the category above but have the sender ID in Column E marked as either "DHLEXP" or "DHLLKS" or "DHLAAA") 12. Discard all other messages - You can delete any messages which have any other sender ID in Column E other than those mentioned in Point #11. What we are looking for - Your ideal skills and experience: - Excellent attention to detail - Ability to work efficiently and meet strict deadlines - Thorough and complete effort - Sound knowledge of Excel and data sorting Project Scope: - The contact details should be accurate and up-to-date. - The project needs to be completed within the timeline. Deliverables: - Month-wise MS-Excel output sheets, to be uploaded here on Freelancer.com Note: Only freelancers with proven experience in MS-Excel should apply. Accuracy and efficiency are crucial for this project. We will randomly check your uploaded testing report for accuracy before releasing the payment milestone, so please work carefully and try to finish as quickly as possible. FINAL CHECK BEFORE YOU UPLOAD YOUR OUTPUT: Check that the count of data (rows in Excel) which you started with is the same as what you have finished with.
