Customer Correspondence Assistant for Credit Restoration

I'm seeking a dedicated professional to assist with correspondence for my credit restoration company. The primary focus will be on:
- Handling letters: The freelancer will be responsible for managing and sending out letters to our clients and using our process to generate letters .
- Managing follow-up emails: After initial correspondence, the freelancer will handle follow-up emails to ensure our clients are kept in the loop and their queries are addressed promptly.
- Interacting with new clients: The freelancer will be the first point of contact for our new clients, making it essential for them to be friendly, professional, and clear in their communication.
Ideal skills for this role include excellent written and verbal communication, customer service experience, and a good understanding of handling professional correspondence. Previous experience in the credit restoration industry would be a plus. The freelancer should be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
