Fintech Consultant for API Partnership Management

We are seeking an experienced fintech consultant who can act as a middleperson to help identify, secure, and manage the necessary APIs, collaborations, and partnerships for three interconnected financial platforms. These platforms will focus on loans, investments, trading, and personal finance. The freelancer will only complete the task once all necessary collaborations and integrations are successfully secured. Your expertise will be required to find the best API providers and establish relationships with partners, ensuring that all integrations needed to build out the platforms are in place. We will take care of the necessary internal tasks such as studies, tech stack decisions, and legal compliance as needed for the integration and third-party requirements. Platform Focus: 1. Platform 1 (Loans, Credit Cards, Insurance, Taxation, Bank Investments): Identify and secure collaborations for loan and credit card aggregators, insurance providers, and tax platforms. Help establish partnerships for banking product data and financial services. 2. Platform 2 (Stock Market Basics, Trading Strategies, Risk Management): Identify and negotiate with stock market data providers, educational resources, and risk management tools. Find opportunities for brokerage partnerships or data integrations for trading tools. 3. Platform 3 (Mutual Funds, SIP, Portfolio Management, Tax-Saving Investments): Research and negotiate with mutual fund data providers, SIP calculators, and portfolio management services. Establish partnerships with tax-saving investment platforms and fund comparison services. Key Responsibilities: Research & Identify Collaborations: You will research and identify the necessary APIs and collaborations for each platform, ensuring they align with our goals and budget. You are expected to act as the middleperson, initiating and managing communication with potential collaborators, and securing successful agreements. Negotiating & Securing Collaborations: Negotiate terms with API providers, financial institutions, and tech partners. Establish partnerships and ensure smooth integration of APIs into the platforms once agreements are made. Phased Roadmap Creation: Develop a phased plan for securing collaborations and integrating APIs for each platform, with clear deliverables and milestones. Provide regular updates on progress, ensuring that each collaboration is successfully finalized before moving to the next phase. Minimizing Legal Complexity: Advise on minimizing compliance risks during the initial stages by not collecting sensitive data or using legal templates for necessary documents. You will need to ensure all necessary collaborations are in place before finalizing your task. Deliverables: Collaborations Secured: A list of confirmed API collaborations and partnerships for each platform, with signed agreements or letters of intent where applicable. Research Report: Detailed research on each potential collaboration, including pricing, integration timelines, and expected results. Clear documentation of each collaboration process. Phased Development Roadmap: A roadmap for successful collaboration management, showing clear stages and deadlines for each platform’s API integration. Compliance and Legal Guidance (if required): Recommendations on how to proceed with legal documentation such as terms of service and privacy policy templates. Conditions for Task Completion: The task will only be considered complete when all necessary collaborations for APIs and partnerships are successfully secured, and their integration process is confirmed. You must demonstrate expertise in identifying the right collaborations and managing partnerships that will help build the platforms. We will handle all internal tasks such as studies, tech stack decisions, and legal compliance for API integrations and third-party requirements. You will focus solely on securing collaborations and facilitating smooth integrations. Ideal Candidate: Experience in fintech: Familiarity with collaborations and API ecosystems (e.g., loans, stock trading, investments).
