Assistants will get paid a $10 bonus for every time a commission is paid for a life insurance application. We can start our assistant of with an average of 7-20 applications to manage a week. With an average of 15/ week, our assistant would make $600/mo. Each application takes an hour or less to manage total ($10/hr). Applications will take less time as the assistant becomes more experienced, and as the assistant takes on more applications.
Once a life insurance application is submitted, the deal has already been "closed". The assistant is responsible for keeping track of the amount of applications being submitted in the CRM (go high level) Monday thru Friday. The assistant's job is to make sure the application get's approved in "underwriting" with the company. After it's approved in underwriting the assistant makes sure that the client payment has been successfully drafted, and the commission has been paid the proper amount. Once the application as been successfully managed and paid, the assistant will receive their payment the same day. The payment will increase to $15 per application after 2 weeks of successful management. More opportunities for full time work, and leadership will arise of the job is done satisfactorily.
