I'm seeking a professional to develop a system that can manage various financial tasks for my business. The system should handle:
- **Issuing Receipts**: The system should be able to issue receipts for sales and purchases.
- **Credit and Debit Notes**: It should manage credit and debit notes for both sales and purchases.
- **Tax Calculations**: This includes deductions for INSS and IRPS, as well as calculations for employer contributions and the impact of dependents on tax.
- **Layout Printer**: The system needs to be compatible with a layout printer for physical copies.
- **Backup System**: A reliable backup system is essential for data security.
- **Charity of Account**: The system should have a feature for managing charity contributions from the account.
The priority is on the Credit and Tax for Human Resources calculations. For the tax calculations, the system needs to be capable of handling two payments per month. The calculations must be accurate based on the provided breakdown of deductions and contributions.
