Help Building My English/Spanish Transcription Company

Join me in establishing a premier English/Spanish transcription company! About the Role: I am looking for 1-2 talented individuals to help establish and grow a transcription and translation business. Currently, we have one transcriber working on a contract for the courts, but we aim to secure more contracts, including Spanish translation projects. With your help, we can expand our client base, pass necessary tests to acquire new accounts, and eventually secure funding for our business. This role will initially be commission based + an hourly rate. Meaning, for every contract we land, you get either a percentage of all pay related to said contract, or a bonus (whichever is larger). Eventually, the goal is to move whomever we hire to a part-time position -- full-time if they can also assign work to future hires. Responsibilities: - Assist in building and expanding the transcription and translation business. - Work on securing new contracts and passing required tests to obtain accounts. - Provide high-quality English and Spanish transcription and translation services. - Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and communication. - Help strategize and implement business development plans. Requirements: - Proficient in English and Spanish transcription and translation. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy. - Excellent communication skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Prior experience in transcription and/or translation is preferred. - Knowledge of the legal transcription industry is a plus.
