I'm in need of a professional structural engineer who can sign and seal a modification to a house plan for a new construction residential property. In short, we are moving the rear porch door on the rear exterior load bearing wall and adding a window in place of that door. This is for a house under construction currently in the rough-in phase. The framers already have estimated the change so we know how we will put in the new door and put the window in place of it.
