I'm in need of an experienced design professional for the MEP & Structural Design of an outdoor park. The structure have already been designed to about 85% but the concrete building needs proper typical foundation details and the wood structures need a floor slab and consideration of connection to concrete etc. Each "Hut" needs provision basic lighting interior and exterior as well as sockets. The stage also will need lighting and sockets for power.
Septic needs to be considered for the bathroom.
Site lighting must be considered.

The project will encompass:

- Lighting and electrical systems: The park will need an efficient, well-planned lighting and electrical system that enhances safety and visibility while minimizing energy consumption.
- Plumbing and water supply: A reliable and sustainable plumbing and water supply system is also paramount. This includes provisions for water fountains and irrigation systems for the park's greenery.
- Structural framework: The park's structural framework will primarily utilize concrete and wood. These materials should be used in a way that balances durability with aesthetic appeal.

An ideal freelancer will possess:
- Robust experience in MEP & Structural Design, particularly for outdoor spaces.
- Proficient knowledge in the use of concrete and wood.
- A strong understanding and appreciation for energy efficiency and water conservation in design. Add the option of solar on the flat roof structures as future install by "Fortis"
