We are searching for a passionate Content Creator who not only excels in crafting engaging digital content but also understands the importance of SEO in amplifying the reach and engagement of that content with the aim of growing the community based on goals as set by the organization... Key Responsibilities: • Create and Curate Content: Develop creative, engaging, and visually appealing content and calendar for campaigns, website, social media platforms, newsletter and community groups such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, WhatsApp and more, aligning with our brand tone and audience preferences. • SEO-Optimized Social Content: Craft social media posts that integrate SEO strategies, including keyword optimization, hashtags, meta descriptions, and cross-linking to enhance search visibility and organic reach. • Content Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan, execute, and manage an effective content calendar that aligns with broader marketing initiatives and brand goals. • Audience Engagement: Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers across platforms, fostering a vibrant community and maintaining a consistent brand presence. • Data-Driven Strategy: Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, native platform insights, etc.) to track the performance content, draw insights from user behaviour, and adapt strategies for greater impact. • SEO Collaboration: Work closely with the SEO and digital marketing teams to ensure that all social content aligns with SEO best practices and contributes to broader traffic and conversion goals. • Trendspotting: Stay updated on the latest social media, SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to consistently evolve our content strategies and stay competitive. • Visual & Copy Synergy: Develop eye-catching visuals and write compelling copy for campaigns, posts, stories, and ads, ensuring the tone and design resonate with target audiences. • Paid Campaigns Support: Collaborate on social media ad strategies, ensuring organic and paid content is cohesive and optimized for performance.
