Agile Coach Needed for Team Training & Process Optimization

I am in need of an agile coach to be part of my technical team. The primary objective is to train my new Scrum Masters and Product Owners, who currently have a beginner level understanding of agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will not only help them understand the agile framework fundamentals, but also teach them about effective sprint planning and execution, as well as communication and stakeholder management.
In addition to the training aspect, the agile coach will oversee our current processes, identify any gaps, and suggest and implement changes to optimize our product delivery.
This role requires:
- Extensive experience and knowledge of agile methodologies
- Proven track record in training Scrum Masters and Product Owners
- Excellent observation skills to identify process gaps
- Ability to suggest and implement effective changes
- Strong communication skills to train and oversee the team
The position is for 3-4 hours a day, spanning a quarter.
The team primarily works on software development projects.
