Magento Cron Job M2E Pro Easy Fix

We need someone experienced in the M2E Pro plugin for Magento, and Cron jobs. We would like the cron job to run twice per hour. Currently, the Cron job appears to run, however M2E Pro is not synchronizing our Magento side items with eBay. Expired items are not being relisted. The only way we can sync M2E Pro with our eBay account is to manually click "Run Enabled Now" under the Magento admin > eBay > Configuration > Synchronization. Then everything synchronizes. If we do not click "Run Enabled Now", after 12 hours we get this error message within the eBay > Listings menu in Magento admin: "Last synchronization was performed by cron more than 12 hours ago. Please check Magento cron job configuration." However, the cron job runs, and our server notifies our email that it completed. We need this repaired, so when the Magento Cron job is run, M2E Pro also completes its job automatically. Twice an hour. So we do not have to manually run the synchronization. Let us know if you have any questions. Our site is hosted on a shared server with cPanel installed. Our current Cron command is: 0,30 * * * * php /home/(Our site name is here)/public_html/[login to view URL] We will provide you with cPanel login and Magento login information. You are welcome to create a test ebay listing to test. You are also welcome to create or change and M2E Pro templates. You can also update cPanel to send Cron updated to your email for testing. Please let us know before you make any changes, as our site gets much traffic. This should be an easy job for an expert.
