Update my .Net Core MVC Bootstrap project

I have a one page site using a Bootstrap template. I’d like some updates done to it. These are quite minor and include such things as adjusting padding, repositioning certain elements, etc.
The most involved task among these would be updating it so that each section of the page takes up the entire screen on mobile.
All tasks are defined as VSTS work items with ACs, and the person working on this project will need to use the required branching strategy to submit changes as Pull Requests.
I expect around 6-7 hours of development time needed to complete all tasks.
