Fixing final issues on responsive wordpress website

Hi Freelancers, This is the link to Wordpress website: [login to view URL] There are two issues with the website! [login to view URL] are a couple of issues with the background image that it is not being fully scalled to the browser dimenssion. + I want to use 8 image slides. [login to view URL] the bottom of the page you will see list of ships logos. There are 16 logos which just 7 of them appears due to short room.I want all the logos to be visible to users so I came out with a solution. We have to implement a way to get the logos picked radomly each time a vistor visits the homepage. Also have the same logo slider as we are having now will be go if the user want to see the rest of the logos too. 3. On mobile version there is partner list that I want it to be removed. Thats it.
