Photographer for Tax Incentives for Single Family Developers

I'm seeking a photographer to capture images of 5-10 single family new construction homes for federal tax incentives. These homes will be either the mondels or vacant houses ready to sell. Time spent per house is approximately 10 minutes. Will take ppictrures of 10% of total new homes for the previous year or 10 homes, whichever is less. Photographs Needed: - HVAC system (overview + nameplate) - Water heater (overview + nameplate) - Attic insulation (overview + look for insulation ruler that shows the insulation height) - Lighting (one of exterior and several interior. - checking for LED) - Windows (Show they are dual pane - use finger for context) - Range hood (overview + nameplate) - Bathroom fans (overview + nameplate if possibe) - Basements (overview ) Requirements: - Both interior and exterior photos - Adherence to a provided checklist - Quick turnaround (within two days) - Valid drivers license + insurance - Some construction experience. - Close Up Pictures - must be viewable. WIll need to be able to read the nameplate - Constext Pictures - must be taken 4ft - 6ft away for the air conditioner, heating system, and water heater Ideal Skills: - Real estate photography - Familiarity with energy-related property elements - Ability to follow a checklist and work efficiently. - Ability to climb a 6' ladder or a pulldown attic ladder. A 6' ladder will be provided.
