Core Expertise: * CAD Design & Product Development: Proficient in AutoCAD, Fusion 360, Inventor, CATIA V5, and Geomagic Design X, we offer 3D modeling, technical drawings, and shop-ready documentation. Our experience includes steel structure and sheet metal design, product development, and mechanical assembly drawings. * Reverse Engineering & 3D Printing: We excel at creating, modifying, and cleaning mesh files for 3D printing and can provide accurate STL files for prototyping. * Piping & Process Design: Skilled in process piping, layouts, isometrics, P&ID, and PFD, we produce well-structured, precise designs suited for industrial applications. Advanced Analysis and Aerospace Expertise: Our team includes an aerospace veteran specializing in CFD and FEA analysis using Ansys, offering high-level simulation solutions across various industries: * CFD Analysis: Aerodynamic simulations for aircraft, drones, and ducts; multiphase flow analysis for heat exchangers and combustion systems. * FEA Analysis: Structural analysis (static, dynamic, fatigue), design optimization for performance, and thermal analysis for optimal design efficiency. We utilize: * Ansys Fluent, Ansys Static Structure, Ansys ICEM CFD * SolidWorks, CATIA V5, MATLAB With hands-on experience in stress analysis, fatigue analysis, and finite element modeling (FEM), our aviation background allows us to deliver precise insights for high-stakes projects. Availability: Our team is available Monday to Friday from 5:00 pm to 12:00 am (PKT) and fully available on weekends.
