I currently work as a Collections Specialist at a Law Firm. I create invoices, Call client to inform about won cases, take payments, do follow up calls, provide information about on going cases, register payments, review won. cases making sure we got what we asked for before calling the client and create monthly reports informing what we collected, clients that are in debt, how many people I called, emailed, etc. I am also trained in customer service, I like to learn new things, educate myself so I can help others understand any topic. I am good at writing and I learn fast. I like to do research and help companies find future employees. I am fully bilingual (Spanish, English) so I can transcribe or translate any documents or emails. I have experience with Zoho Books, Zoho CRM, Excel, Payments with Bank of America, Zoho One, Microsoft Word, Email response and organization
