Change a number of elements on the front page of a newspaper site: Create a development environment to update the site and copying old site data to the development environment Using the current code and template, refresh of most design elements based on a design already made, retiring some of the old code, adding an updated menu design with basically the same links, new header, footer, picture sizes and locations, updating and improving code where needed Fully test development environment (and provide access for second party to fully test) Copy development environment to live environment, test and when everything is working correctly, job is done Site should work for all major browsers including Internet Explorer, tablet and phone.
