Valentine's Day Adoption Campaign Videos

We are a small animal shelter running a Valentine’s Day adoption campaign. To support this campaign, we need a skilled and creative freelance video editor to transform raw footage of our shelter dogs into short, fun, and engaging videos. These videos will be used to promote the dogs on social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. This is a short-term project with the potential to become long-term. Please note the campaign starts on February 8th, 2025, and runs through Valentine’s Day (February 14th, 2025 ). The budget is quite limited, but we’re looking for someone who is passionate about animal welfare and can deliver high-quality work within these constraints. Tasks to Be Completed: 1. Clip Selection: - Review raw footage of shelter dogs and select the best clips that showcase each dog’s personality and charm. We only have a few minutes of raw footage and a few high-quality photos of each dog. 2. Video Editing: - Edit the clips into one short video per dog (max length: 10–20 seconds ) that is upbeat, engaging, and visually appealing. - Ensure the videos are edited in a vertical aspect ratio (9:16) optimized for social media platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Facebook Stories. - Add an overlay with the dog’s name, age, and breed in a clean and fun style. - Include simple Valentine’s Day-themed text/image overlays (e.g., “Find Your Furry Valentine,” heart graphics, etc.). We will provide sample messages, but we're open to your ideas. File Delivery: - Provide fully editable project files using Filmora or Adobe After Effects so that I can make minor adjustments in the future if needed Requirements: - Proven experience editing short, engaging videos, preferably for pets/animals or nonprofit organizations. - Ability to work quickly and efficiently under a tight deadline. - Familiarity with industry-standard video editing software such as Filmora or Adobe After Effects. - A passion for animal rescue and adoption is a huge plus! Project Scope: - Number of videos: 8–10 (one per dog). - Video length: 10–20 seconds each. - Deadline: February 7th, 2025 (to allow time for review and posting). Budget: The budget is limited due to personal funding. Please submit a competitive bid that reflects your understanding of the project scope and timeline.
