About Us:
We are a well-established traditional sweet and snack shop (bakeries & confectionery) located in Theni, Tamil Nadu. Our specialty includes authentic Indian sweets and savory items like Laddoo, Mysore Pak, Halwa, Mixture, Murukku, and more. We are looking for a dynamic Sales Representative who can help us expand our bulk orders and wholesale business.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and connect with potential bulk buyers, wholesalers, retailers, event organizers, and distributors.
Pitch our product offerings and negotiate deals to maximize sales.
Act as a bridge between clients and our shop, ensuring smooth communication and business transactions.
Maintain strong client relationships to generate repeat business.
Coordinate order placements, delivery schedules, and payments.
Provide market insights, customer preferences, and competitor analysis to improve sales strategy.
Requirements:
Must speak Tamil or Malayalam (Hindi is an added advantage).
Previous experience in sales, FMCG, or food industry preferred but not mandatory.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and generate bulk sales.
Must have a network or ability to build connections with wholesalers, distributors, and bulk buyers.
Compensation:
This is a commission-based role (5% commission on every bulk order).
A legally binding contract will be provided upon agreement.
