We are seeking a skilled and experienced Odoo Developer and Implementer to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the ongoing transition from Oracle EBS ERP to Odoo ERP, working closely with our contracted implementation partner. This role involves customizing and implementing Odoo modules, managing communication with the implementation company, and ensuring successful deployment. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the IT team and the contracted implementation company to customize and implement Odoo ERP modules. Migrate data from Oracle EBS ERP to Odoo ERP while ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Develop and customize Odoo modules and features to meet business requirements. Facilitate seamless integration of Odoo ERP with existing systems and third-party applications. Act as the primary point of contact with the implementation company to ensure project milestones and timelines are met. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the implementation phase. Train and support end-users to ensure smooth adoption of Odoo ERP across the organization. Maintain documentation of development, customization, and implementation processes. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum 5–8 years of hands-on experience in Odoo development and implementation. Technical Skills: Proficient in Python, PostgreSQL, XML, and JavaScript. Experience with Linux servers is a plus. ERP Expertise: Proven track record in Odoo ERP implementation, customization, and data migration, particularly in server-based projects. Integration Skills: Experience in integrating Odoo with third-party systems and APIs. Communication Skills: Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in Arabic is highly preferred. Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills to manage communication with external implementation partners effectively. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Oracle EBS ERP and its data migration process. Knowledge of Odoo Enterprise Edition features and functionalities. Certifications in Odoo Development or Implementation. Experience in working on bilingual ERP systems (Arabic and English).
