Creative Reel Designer for Home Decor

We are looking for a creative content creator to design 1 engaging reel focused on a trending topic in the home decor space, while promoting one or more of our 3D canvas art pieces. The primary platform for the content is Pinterest, with reposting on Instagram and Facebook.

This project is a trial to evaluate your creative approach, style alignment, and teamwork. If successful, this could lead to a long-term partnership as we grow our marketing efforts.

At Maatipaati, we specialize in creating unique, high-quality canvas art designed to elevate home interiors. We’ve just started listing our pieces on Etsy, and we aim to appeal to a broad audience of home decor enthusiasts who value premium, artistic, and meaningful designs. While not limited to boho decor, our creations are versatile and adaptable to various interior styles.

Our target audience includes:

• Age Group: 25-50

• Demographics: Predominantly women, homeowners/renters, interior designers, and home stylists with a keen interest in artistic and premium home decor.

• Location: Primarily Germany, with plans to expand to other European markets.

• Income Level: Mid-high income brackets, typically disposable income for luxury items.

• Lifestyle: Interested in home aesthetics, frequent redecorators, and art collectors.

• Hobbies: Home decor, Travel, art, reading etc.

• Social Media Usage: Active on platforms like Pinterest, Instagram, and Facebook and Youtube.

• Purchase Behavior: Regularly buys premium and unique home decor items online.

• Aesthetic Preferences: Lean towards modern, boho, minimalistic, and eclectic styles.

• Interests: Interior design, sustainable living, and artistic expression.

• Family Status: Married with young children or planning to start a family.

Scope of Work:

1. Content Creation:

• Design 1 engaging content focused on a trending topic in the home decor space, while incorporating one or more of our canvas art pieces.

• Adapt and repost the same content for Pinterest, Instagram, and Facebook.

2. Tone & Style:

• Reflect a premium, artistic, and modern vibe that resonates with home decor enthusiasts.

• Ensure the content is visually appealing, aligned with the latest trends, and appealing to our target market.

3. Collaboration:

• Open to feedback and communication to ensure the content aligns with the brand’s vision and values.

• Share innovative ideas for future content opportunities.

Trial Project Details:

Objective:

Create a piece of content primarily designed for Pinterest (Pinterest reel or static pin) subtly promoting one of my art pieces through a Home Decor Content. The content should be optimised for Pinterest but flexible enough to be reposted on Instagram and Facebook. This will serve as a trial to assess creative alignment, quality, and effort for potential long-term content creation.

Project Details:

1. Art Piece:

• I will provide photos of one of my art pieces for showcasing.

• You will also receive a reference to my novice work to give you an idea of my taste, though you’re free to explore your creative approach.

2. Content Format (Choose One):

• Pinterest Reel – Optimized for Pinterest, with a focus on SEO and engaging content.

• Pinterest Static Pin – A visually appealing static image, optimized for Pinterest, with SEO-optimized captions and relevant hashtags.

3. Additional Requirements:

• All content should be optimized for Pinterest SEO, including captions/descriptions, 3-5 relevant hashtags, and a call to action.

• Content must be flexible and easy to repost on Instagram and Facebook without major adjustments( can be easily done using Canva but you are free to choose your own creative approach)

4. Purpose of the Trial:

• This trial serves as a screening process to identify the right candidate for outsourcing long-term content creation. I’m looking for someone who will put in maximum effort to deliver a high-quality piece, regardless of the chosen format.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in creating content for home decor, art, or similar niches.

• Strong knowledge of trending topics in home decor, especially on Pinterest, Instagram, and Facebook.

• Ability to create engaging reels that resonate with a luxury, artistic brand.

• Familiarity with the European market, particularly in home decor, is a plus.

• A portfolio showcasing relevant work.

Budget:

This is a trial project to create and evaluate 1 reel. If successful, we are open to discussing a long-term collaboration as we expand our marketing efforts.
