URGENT Design/Code Ranking Website That Pulls Information from a NON public API

This project will do the following:
Grab USERID's from a saved list.
Check the USERID's information that is returned from a non-public api.
Store the information returned into a mysql database (name, points)
Use the information returned to list via amount of points on a website designed as a toplist/ranked list.
(re-check and updated mysql information every 10 minutes via api)
There are public githubs that have created wrappers for the api that we will be using. If you are not familiar with using an API please do not apply as it may require you to write custom code.
Website design does not need to be multiple pages, it can be simply one or two pages listing the userid's information. The website design does need to be done by you, something simple and clean, web 2.0 style is preferred. Please no public templates.
