Rebuild my apk to remove debugging and change file name and zip align it.

When i am trying to upload my android application, first i got zip align error, once, i zip aligned used xdadeveloper zip align tool, i get new error message, while uploading to play store saying You uploaded a debuggable APK. For security reasons you need to disable debugging before it can be published in Google Play You uploaded an APK that was signed in debug mode. You need to sign your APK in release mode. You need to use a different package name because "[login to view URL]" already exists in Google Play. can anyone do this now, please explain all your requirements clearly.
