The Story: purchase new set of office 1. The User’s Request Emma, an office manager, logs into the Approval Management System. She needs approval to purchase a new set of office chairs for her team. Emma completes the submission form: Title: Request for Office Chairs Description: "The current chairs are worn out and need to be replaced for better ergonomics." Cost: $500 Department: Administration Department. Satisfied with the details, Emma clicks Submit. 2. First Stop: The Approval Chain Begins Upon submission, the system automatically assigns the ticket to Michael, the Administration Manager, who belongs to the Administration Approvers Group. Michael receives a notification via email and the system dashboard: Ticket Title: Request for Office Chairs Status: Pending Administration Manager Approval Details: Chair purchase request for $500 by Emma. 3. Dynamic Decision-Making Michael reviews the request and confirms it is a legitimate need for the department. Since the cost is below the high-cost threshold of $3,000, the ticket only requires his approval. Michael approves the ticket with a comment: Comment: "Approved. Ensure the supplier offers a warranty for the chairs." The ticket status updates to Approved and is sent directly to the Procurement Team.
