We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Machine Learning engineers to join our team and revolutionize how autonomous vehicles perceive the world. You will play a critical role in developing cutting-edge algorithms and ML models to automate data annotation and processing, enabling the creation of robust and reliable perception systems for autonomous vehicles. Your expertise in 3D point cloud processing and multi-sensor fusion will be essential in building high-performance models that can accurately understand complex driving environments. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement ML algorithms for automated annotation and classification of LiDAR, radar, and camera data for autonomous driving applications. Process and analyze large-scale 3D point cloud data from LiDAR and other sensors, extracting meaningful features for object detection, tracking, and scene understanding. Develop and implement sensor fusion techniques to combine data from multiple sensors (e.g., cameras, LiDAR, radar) and create a comprehensive and accurate representation of the environment. Train and evaluate deep learning models for object detection, segmentation, tracking, and classification in diverse driving scenarios, including urban environments and highways. Develop and integrate ML model training pipelines with tools for ML observability and continuous training to ensure model performance and reliability. Research and implement embedding techniques to efficiently represent and search 3D point cloud data for object recognition and scene analysis. Optimize ML model performance for real-time processing and deployment on resource-constrained systems. Collaborate closely with our engineering team to integrate the models into the product lineup, ensuring seamless deployment. Qualifications: Master's or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related field. 3+ years of proven experience in developing and deploying machine learning models for autonomous vehicles, robotics, or related applications. Strong understanding of 3D point cloud processing techniques and experience with relevant libraries (e.g., PCL, Open3D). Expertise in deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch and computer vision libraries like OpenCV. Proficiency in Python and C++. Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP). Experience with GPU optimization techniques. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills. Bonus Points: Experience with sensor fusion algorithms and Kalman filtering. Experience with fine-tuning Large Vision Models Experience with embedding techniques and vector search algorithms for large-scale data analysis. Familiarity with the autonomous vehicle software stack and/or ROS (Robot Operating System). Contributions to open-source projects or publications in relevant conferences or journals. Experience with data annotation tools and workflows.

It has been 4 years since I profesionally work tmin this computer vision domain. Between 2021 and 2023 I have been developing in oython and integrating model (tf mobilenetv2, torch resnet18, darknet yolov7) in C++ with Opencv on a medical device camera. Since 2023 until today I have doing the same for Bosch, rather integrating yolo and SSD models on a vehicle-mounted camera. Have been working close to 3 years in the automotive domain at a full time experience of 10 years working in IT. I made my bachelor's in CS with a GA project and my master's with a MRI signal processing thesis. Wirh a track record of 4+ years working with CUDA I may be a fit for you project.
