Request for Proposal (RFP) - Graphic Design Services for Lumusphere Important Note: Read the RFP in its entirety. Only submit proposals if you have familiarity with Pickleball and can create photorealistic images. Background Lumusphere is developing innovative technology to revolutionize pickleball, a rapidly growing sport with 36.5 million U.S. players as of 2023. Our solution addresses visibility challenges players face in varying light conditions through: • A specially designed pickleball using specific wavelength colors (USAPA-compliant) • Specialized glasses that enhance ball visibility by filtering specific light wavelengths This technology has potential applications beyond pickleball, including other racket sports facing similar visibility challenges. Project Objective We seek a graphic designer to create compelling visuals for our investor pitch deck, including: • Photorealistic images • Informative infographics • Visual aids that effectively communicate our technology and value proposition Deliverables 1 Visual content for a 12-slide PowerPoint presentation (a draft deck will be provided) 2 All designs must: • Align with Lumusphere's branding • Effectively communicate each slide's message • Be delivered in PowerPoint-compatible formats Required Qualifications • Proven experience in photorealistic graphic design • Strong portfolio showcasing visual storytelling abilities • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Understanding of pickleball • English fluency • Preferred: Experience in sports or technology sectors Proposal Requirements Please include: 1 Designer/firm introduction and background 2 Portfolio featuring: • Relevant past work • Sample photorealistic pickleball player image 3 Detailed project timeline 4 Itemized budget Selection Criteria Proposals will be evaluated on: • Portfolio quality and creativity • Project understanding • Timeline feasibility • Cost-effectiveness • Reference feedback Submission Details • Deadline: December 12, 2024 This is a confidential document and should be treated accordingly. Photorealistic images must have high detail and accuracy. The infographics should be detailed and colorful.

I have the experience you seek for all facets of The Lumusphere Pitch Deck. A brief visit to my portfolio page here on the site @toddvanlinda will bear this out. My name is Todd Van Linda, and I am a freelance Concept Artist and illustrator from West Palm Beach, Florida. While I have been drawing with pencil and pen and ink since I was a child, I have been working freelance full - time as an artist / illustrator since January of 2010. My previous work has been quite the mix; I'm not sure that there's anything I haven't illustrated at one time or another, in one style or another. While I am a big adherent to traditional pencil and pen and ink techniques, I am also a daily Photoshop user for the digital aspects. Digital painting is a major focus, ,and photorealistic images are a specialty. I can provide a (1) sample / concept drawing (line art only) for your review and approval as part of the job. I do not do free samples. That is why I have a portfolio.
