In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, securing new business opportunities, managing our freelancer account, and submitting proposals on our behalf. Your ultimate goal is to help expand our client base and increase project acquisition. Responsibilities: Client Acquisition: Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients in need of mobile app development services. Utilize various channels to engage prospective customers, including LinkedIn, industry forums, and other networking platforms. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and present our service offerings. Freelancer Account Management: Manage our profile on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer.com, or Fiverr, ensuring it is fully optimized and professional. Consistently submit tailored bids and proposals that effectively showcase our expertise in Flutter development and meet the client’s needs. Track and respond to potential client inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Sales & Negotiation: Negotiate project terms, pricing, and other essential elements with clients to secure contracts. Collaborate with our team to ensure we can deliver the project requirements before finalizing agreements. Ensure a smooth transition of new clients from the initial contact to project kickoff. Market Research & Strategy: Conduct market research to identify trends and target industries, companies, and clients that would benefit from our services. Provide insights and feedback on customer preferences, market demands, and competition to help refine our service offerings. Performance Tracking: Regularly report on progress, including leads generated, proposals submitted, and projects secured. Analyze performance and identify areas for improvement in lead generation, client engagement, and conversion rates. Requirements: Proven Experience: Prior experience in business development or sales, preferably within the software development or technology industry. Freelancing Platforms Expertise: Familiarity with platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and Fiverr, along with a track record of successful project acquisitions on these sites. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft persuasive proposals and negotiate effectively. Sales-Driven: A results-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to achieving targets and earning commissions. Tech-Savvy: Understanding of mobile app development, particularly with Flutter, is highly desirable.
