QuickBooks Data Entry & Tax Filing

I need assistance with entering my bank statements from both personal and business accounts into QuickBooks for one year. You will also be responsible for creating profit and loss statements and assisting with filing taxes for both personal and business.

Ideal Skills and Experience:

- Proficiency in QuickBooks

- Experience with data entry

- Knowledge in accounting and finance

- Tax filing expertise for both personal and business

- Ability to create profit and loss statements

- Strong assurance of maintaining confidentiality and security of financial information

- Excellent communication skills to clarify and resolve any discrepancies

- Experience performing bank reconciliations to verify banking data in QuickBooks

Please note, I'm not sure about specific accounting categories or labels for transactions. Therefore, flexibility and understanding are key.

Moderate level of detail and accuracy is required for categorizing transactions. Please use QuickBooks Online for entering and processing the data. Please provide weekly updates during the project. Weekly updates should be provided via email. Estimated transaction volume is between 500 to 1000. The project needs to be completed by the end of the month. Please use standard accounting categories for all transactions. Please use specific tax filing software as directed.
