  Good morning. In the next 8 hours ill be providing an addon that a top entries have already done. This award can only go the really fastest. But seeing very top entries that seperate per milliseconds. Those who participate on the addon will also be declared additional winners that maintain the same consistency.   do you have standard template with 10 length string? You have attached only a 3 length string template.

     You may use the same amount of data currently. Use random data for length of 10 for your own testing. Use data that can easily be matched and share your perfromance. But the matching need to suppot 1-10 string. THe setup was 1000x120 if not mistaken as per rows and columns. Use same amount.

  Would like to inform that some entries that are considered TOP will likely get a addon to further analyze your performance. You may be given an opportunity to an addon because I see your entry giving strong performance. Not really required but puts your entry into my personal list for projects even if the contest is not won by you for being the fastest.
  
  Your entry star rating will be based on performance.
  1 Star = Slow Screenshot Performance with not accurate results.
  2 Star = Your Screen Shot Performance with not accurate results
  3 Star = Slow Screenshot performance with Accurate Results
  4 Star = Your Screenshot performance with accurate results.
  5 star = Verified Top Performance and completing the addon keeping the consistency.
  
  Award will go to the 5 Star entry that maintains Top performance with the addon shared directly to the entry owner. All 5 Star ratings will be included on my personal list for projects. even if not the fastest to get the award.

  Like to inform all entries submitted the contest has been extended due to slight misunderstandings. No more entries at the end of the contest. Review the document to ensure you are upto date.
  
  All Entries before 52 will not be tested. Submit new screenshot with the 3 String and 10 String Test as per requirements in the document. That way everyone is on the same page. Some entries already meet the requirements but I need both screenshots to consider reviewing your entry.

  The contest is open again and resume reviewing entries in 6hrs. I will then provide feedback for misunderstandings and give a chance for all entries to make a final release addressing common misunderstandings from the description and will rate all entries within 48-72 hours.

     No match entries were reviewed. Closing up my other contest and then fully reviewing the entries and providing feedback to make a final revisions if were wrong.
     
     The timing of the matching will be the main thing ill be looking at.
     
     Good night for now. Will provide an extra 24 hours before making the final call after everyone is clear as to how the entries will be rated. But basic requirements were on the description.

  Contest to be reviewed soon. Closing on another contest that many have contributed.
  
  To make it fair will review all entries. And allow final revisions to make it fair with the newer entries that did not get feedback before the contest end.
  
  I will share common issues as per misunderstanding as to my requirements. Your final revision should address the misunderstanding you may have had and properly match in the quickest way possible. The table although is 3 String and has sufficient amount of data. The larger project will require matching of a longer string but at this time concentrated on 3 String.
  
  The person who can match the data as per required will be awarded this contest.
  
  Will follow up with misunderstandings and clarifications for you to address and release a final revision. Make sure to come back and check my comments. Will review current entries and list common misunderstandings. Final review will occur within 24 hours after posting the clarifications.

  To be fair I guess we need to run the macro on a single machine otherwise it would be a contest of who has the fastest PC and not who has the fastest code. The time taken by the same code can vary greatly depending upon the specs of the machine. I hope this will be taken into consideration?

     You are right. I will be doing tests to finalize who has the fastest matching entry.
     
     At this time we are matching three string only. As mentioned RED = Exact Order Blue = Any order except exact order
     
     Example Red = 123 = 123
     Blue = 123 = 213 231 321 etc except 123
     
     Looking for the fastest entry to optimize my on of my intense projects.
     
     Use your knowledge and whatever excel has to offer to match the entire table. I should be able to change the source values and the values on the table and perform a match for any of the entries.

  Contest is coming to a conclusion very soon. Just want to make it clear to everyone.

  Some asked about VBA and it can be used. Just make sure to share the time of the operation for the matching.

  The top entries will need to match a
  10 string as the source. so be ready if you considered the top entry with the 3 string. Aim to get the fastest matching method. tally your matches on top and share the time it took you to do sheet 3 which is 000-999.
