Hi, I have 10 years of experience in scientific research. My background is in biotechnology, molecular biology, and biochemistry. Due to Covid19, this year I'm taking a break from lab works and focusing on freelancing full-time.
I am providing these services:
- Research writeup
- Research and grant proposals
- Manuscript writing
- Scientific presentations
- Thesis and manuscript proofreadings
- Data entry
- Tutor
- English-Malay translation
On top of that, I do content writing and promotions on social media as a part-time job. I also find joy in doing design in my free time.

Expression and characterization of thermostable glycogen branching enzyme from Geobacillus mahadia
PeerJ
The glycogen branching enzyme (EC 2.4.1.18), which catalyses the formation of α-1,6- glycosidic branch points in glycogen structure, is often used to enhance the nutritional value and quality of food and beverages. To be applicable in industries, enzymes that are stable and active at high temperature are much desired.
Spray-dried immobilized lipase from Geobacillus sp. strain ARM in sago
PeerJ
Sago starch is traditionally used as food especially in Southeast Asia. Generally, sago is safe for consumption, biodegradable, easily available, and inexpensive. Therefore, this research was done to expand the potential of sago by using it as a support for enzyme immobilization.
