I am very impressed with Fiorella's professionalism, expertise and creativity. I did not know what to expect from working with someone through this platform, but I quickly learned I had hired a very professional creative. She has designed a very good system to extract the exact message and feel you want for your brand. Her proposal presentation is quite beautiful, comprehensive, and high-end. Fiorella's process is very well thought out and executed. Fiorella is an excellent and prompt communicator and did a very good job keeping me on track. She was very available to me through chat and gave me all the attention I needed. I ended up switching gears from what I initially communicated I would want once I realized my words were probably too flowery for what I essentially wanted. It was very early in the process and I proposed paying her extra to re-think my new direction and she was very good about switching gears with me. I absolutely love my logo, like a lot, but I think I may be just as excited with her post production flow and delivery. She went above and beyond and presented my final product as though she was presenting to a Fortune 500 company. Fiorella's guidance is just perfect, I think it's a balance of letting the process take it's form, but gently encouraging you to regroup and focus on the goals you laid out. Fiorella is patient, a hard worker, and very talented. I can't wait to work with her for the rest of my branding needs.
