The app offers features such as AI-driven personalized beauty recommendations, easy appointment booking, and a social network to discover and connect with local professionals. For businesses, it includes tools for managing bookings, tracking analytics, and growing their client base. BeauT bridges the gap between beauty services and technology, making it easier for customers to find tailored solutions and for professionals to efficiently manage and expand their businesses. General Settings The application must have a language toggle (both french and english) The application must support 2 types of accounts (customers and businesses) Secure and compliant with any regulations Notification centre Signup and Login Integration with other apps like Fresha, Hubspot, Square, etc. Customer UI Features Consultation The app will scan a user’s face and detect skin and beauty concerns The user will input responses to questions about their beauty concern and routine The application will generate suggestions for treatments to address the users’ concerns The application will generate suggestions for service providers in the nearby area who offer the treatments suggested The user can book an appointment with the suggested service providers User’s Profile The data from the consultation will be stored in the user’s profile and can be updated (with or without face scan) The consultation will take past consultations and treatment results into consideration in order to make better recommendations for the user (ML model) Community Page (Social Feature) Users can make posts regarding the results of their beauty treatment from providers in nearby areas Users can comment on each other’s posts The app prompts users to check in or post updates after they visit a salon, encouraging more engagement. Users can ask the community for advice or experiences with specific treatments. These questions will be posted to the Q&A forum Message feature (direct message between customers and to businesses) Booking Appointment Users will be able to view beauty businesses nearby and view available appointments Business Search/ Map View Users can search for businesses that offer certain services, in what price range, in what area, etc. Users can see a map view of the businesses in their surrounding, with filters for price range and services Business UI Features Booking System The application will be integrated with the business’s booking system, allowing them to see the bookings users have made and syncing with their calendar Business Insights Businesses can see how many users have been suggested to their page (leads) Businesses can see how many users have booked with them Businesses can see what services are the most popular in each customer segment Businesses can see what beauty concerns are most prevalent in each customer segmen Businesses can see how many users have been posting or engaging with them on the Community Page Filters for new, high-priority leads, and notes on each lead’s preferences and beauty goals.
