Very Straightforward Greyscale Logo Cleanup

I am looking for someone to clean up a greyscale logo that is text-based, export at higher-than-current resolution and as a vector image. *Versions with background should be square background.
Current file is the logo in black on a white background. It is a .png resolution 144x144, file is 1258x556 (is not terribly low res).
Deliverables:
- Black on white background - square (.png and .eps)
- White on black background - square (.png and .eps)
- White (logo-only) with alpha channel (.png and .eps)
- Black (logo only) version with alpha channel (.png and .eps)
Total of 8 versions, plus .psd project file = 9 deliverables.
The original look and feel exactly replicated. Should be pretty straightforward.
