For now, I'm looking for an HMTL and CSS expert to update one page in my domain so that it is formatted correctly whether it is accessed on a laptop, desktop or phone, the user changes the text size either up or down, or the uder modifies the screen size. In other words, on a desktop at 100 percent, the page is formatted correctly, but on a laptop the format is off, or the user changing the size of the screen wrecks havoc with the contents.
