Contest Brief

I need a Real Estate Logo that can be used in two formats. 1. Horizontal and 2. Circle. Please see attached PDF for samples I made.

Both Logo versions must be provided in 300dpi and 1000 pixels wide. It must be provided in one color only (black so I can use it on clear or white backgrounds), also a second version in white (So I can use it on dark backgrounds). Both black and white versions should have a transparent background and saved in a PSD (Photoshop format).
