I'm seeking a vintage and rustic flyer design for the "Conservationist of The Year" contest. This event, aimed at honoring key contributors to environmental conservation in Colorado The design should embody Colorado's wildlife, employing illustrations rather than photographs or icons, to give it a unique touch. This is the inaugural award.

Key Requirements:
- Emphasize the purpose on the flyer
- Incorporation of provided logos and visuals
- Include illustrations of native Colorado wildlife, and landscape

Final Deliverables:
- Designs in PDF, JPG, PNG, AI, and EPS formats
- Sizes: 1080x1080 pixels, 920 x 1005 pixels, and an aspect ratio of 16:9

Ideal skills for this project include graphic design, illustration, and experience with vintage and rustic aesthetic. A strong understanding of event promotion through visual design is also beneficial.
