We are searching for talented Video Content Creators with a focus on UGC (User Generated Content) to produce 15-30 high-quality short video clips per month. What we're looking for: Virality-optimized videos: High volume, short videos (15-60 seconds) designed to grab attention within the first 5 seconds. Creative and captivating content: While production can have an amateur feel, the ideas must be fresh, engaging, and original. AI voiceovers and subtitles are welcome but must be QA tested first. Only 25% of content can be AI generated. Strong understanding of social media trends: Knowledge of what works on platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. What we provide: Tools and resources: Access to idea libraries, editing tools, and other resources to help you succeed. Community support: A network of fellow creators to exchange ideas and collaborate with. Competitive compensation: A combination of a fixed retainer and a generous revenue share (5-20% of sales generated by your content).
