I'm seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to help in expanding our Short-Term Rental (STR) management company. Your role will primarily involve identifying potential landlords interested in partnering with us and facilitating contract negotiations.

Compensation: We charge a 10% management fee on all guest bookings. For every contract entered into with property owners, you will be paid $200. We will draft the contracts and provide them to you for signing with property owners. If property owners need help with furnishing their units, we will provide that service as well for an additional fee.
